Avril started facilitating fulltime in 2012. His background is in business, leadership, management, project management, marketing, sales, customer service, contact centres and graphic design. 

Avril is a SETA accredited facilitator as well as ComptiaCTT+ and Microsoft certified. Avril has worked and trained in many different industries, companies, departments as well as positions and has insight into the daily requirements and outputs within the workplace.

He is a researcher, business advisor, analyst and strategist keeping up to date with new technological innovation and the impact on business, processes and people’s skills development requirements.

He trains:

• Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) all levels,
• Microsoft (Project, Teams) to an intermediate level,
• Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) all levels,
• Graphic design

Kathryn Pollard is a training co-ordinator and trainer, predominantly training in Microsoft Windows and the Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), from a basic to advanced level, as well as Ms Project to an Intermediate level, offering personal and group sessions to Corporates or individuals.

Kathryn has constantly updated her skills, from her ICDL, Microsoft Office certificates to Microsoft conversion courses and Train the Trainer. She is also a qualified Coach, Mentor, Assessor and Moderator and has trained a diverse range of clients, including large Corporates, small companies and Individuals.

Kathryn has a natural flair for developing professional relationships with both colleagues and clients. She has excellent communication and organisational skills, which have served well in numerous years as a trainer in the Microsoft space. She loves to help people and enjoys interacting with others from many different cultures and backgrounds.

Barbara Boshard trains the Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and Access) from basic to advanced. She trains Excel at super user level and has many years of Excel experience . She also trains MS Windows basics, and basic computer skills.

She has a natural ability to interact with all levels within an organisation and with people from different backgrounds and skill sets. She trains both nationally and internationally.

Barbara continuously keeps herself updated with new releases through research and teamwork with her associates. She is an accredited Assessor with the MICT SETA and has a 10-year MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer) qualification.

Barbara is passionate about her work and is known for her patience when training delegates. She creates a relaxed atmosphere and encourages questions and interaction during the training as her aim is to uplift her delegates skills and instil confidence in them to explore and apply the functions they have learnt. Sean Petersen holds a HDE Commerce through JCE. He is also an internationally Certified Web Master, Adobe Master, Microsoft Trainer, Pastel Certified Trainer, ICB Facilitator and Comptia++ Certified Trainer. 

Sean has over 20 years of experience in the fields of training and development having held the post of Academic Head for many years at Damelin. 

Sean currently trains in the areas of Finance, ALP Coach, Presentation Skills, Microsoft Office Suite, Innovation and Technology and Innovation and Knowledge Management at the Gordon Institute of Business Science.

He brings extensive and broad technical knowledge and experience to his Microsoft training which lets him customize courses for the industry and specific environment he is working in. So, courses are not just generic but address the actual needs and level required in any given situation. Sean has huge, advanced Excel experience and trains Power BI, PowerPivots and PowerQuery as well as VBA for Excel. He also trains Microsoft Project to advanced level, SharePoint, SQL Server and Azure.

Sharon has vast experience in training, consulting, course development and assessments. She specialises in Microsoft Office applications from Beginners to Advanced levels.

Sharon conducts personal and group training sessions across all industries. Her passion and focus are to empower people and boost efficiency to enable them to solve practical problems using MS Applications.

Sharon started in the training industry over 20 years ago and loves helping people develop their skills. She is well spoken, patient and has a natural ability to simplify difficult concepts, particularly Excel functions. She has trained in Botswana and South Africa and enjoys interacting with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
